for work I talk to people who often are using these programs. I've had multiple conversations with parents who don't know what to do. I try to connect them with resources. I have started a food drive with my run club, I donated cash to the food pantry and had my employer match...but I'm overwhelmed

this is why I don't unfriend people "because of politics". I need them to see information outside of their bubble

Feeding America has a page where you can input your zip code and it'll show you all of the food banks near you overlaid on a map. If you need it, it's there. If you don't need it, think about donating money if you have it and your time if you don't.
