I wish I knew why the ringing in my ears (lefty specifically) forever has gone from “occasional noise, not loud” to “OMG SO LOUD ALL THE TIME!” over the past 2 weeks.

There’s a federal regulation targeting my industry that requires us to report client info as of March 1.
No one knows *how* to report yet.
Vendors are offering reporting services for thousands $$$/ monthly. Agencies are holding $200-$900 classes on *what* to report but that info isn’t published yet

HEB curbside person was downright surly this morning. Which is understandable with the upcoming weather but also I’ve NEVER had an unpleasant interaction with an HEB employee. Never.

Just had to explain that no, texting a photo to *the main office phone* did not actually get the item to me.
I sent an email with THREE specific ways to send me the requested item and not one of them were “…text it to the office number listed in the receptionists email signature”.
