While I have a lot of mixed feelings about my CPTM certification, I genuinely do like the fact that there's TONS of ways I can get my recertification & they offer monthly opportunities for classes. Now if only they'd pay for me to get to TICE. #CPTM #nonprofitprofessional #learninganddevelopment

Anyways I took today off work and have been doing the YearCompass to reflect on last year & plan ahead to this year. It's been slow going but it dares to dream big & think about what the year could look like. It's a fun exercise to try right now amidst *stares around at world* but worthwhile.
