People who have uteruses: Delete anything that tracks your menstrual cycle. When a doctor asks for the date of your LMP and it’s not necessary for care, just say “It’s regular.” Pay for OTC birth control and menstrual supplies with cash and don’t enter a frequent shopper number on those purchases.

So I went from zero to SUPER CONGESTED in less than a day. And it’s the extra-fun congestion where my nose is also dripping and I need tissues in my hand at all times. Oh, and my ears, head, and upper chest hurt.
