US law enforcement does not have jurisdiction internationally without the permission of that country. Did Venezuela authorities agree to this? This was an aggressive act on a sovereign country. Just like Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria & Yemen. The US is not the global police.
Rubio is claiming that they did not need Congress permission because it was a law enforcement mission. The US is behaving as a global police state, extending its own arbitrary legal decisions to the whole world.
