London food friends: A friend of mine has asked for suggestions / recommendations for a restaurant in central London for a pre-Xmas get together of friends. 4 people. Prob late November. Perhaps something xmassy but doesn't have to be. She was leaning towards European and/ or Gastropub. Mid budget.

A man rushed to the Broadview ICE facility searching for his wife. They followed every legal step, but ICE took her into another room and she vanished. He tracked her phone there when the signal died. Police told him to “look up her name online.” He sat in the parking lot, weeping, with no answers.

If you know anyone in a similar situation re immigration issues (EU and otherwise), I can highly recommend @airecentre.bsky.social. Their legal team collected all the info needed and then issued the application on my behalf.
