“The reality is that there is no fiscal crisis. No precipice.”
This is a really useful table from the folks at IFSD — especially if we're about to talk a lot about public debt and the cost of carrying that debt.

When @picardonhealth.bsky.social asked me about the impact of vaccine access on public health, as usual I was direct.

“I have nothing but contempt for what is going on in the U.S.,” Dr. Rasmussen said. “The policies are destructive. Limiting access to vaccines will cause people to die.”

In 2018, I asked Gregor Robertson four times if he bore any responsibility for Vancouver's housing crisis after being mayor for a decade.

Four times, he said no.

I wonder if he'll feel any responsibility going forward.

Totally. Vancouver housing hasn’t been affordable for regular people for at least 25 years. Like house, housing.
Gregor Robertson is the new housing minister but has anybody asked the question: for or against housing?

Get another vaccine.

This is an excellent Q&A. ‘A lot of the problems…with aggression and violence is methamphetamine… there's no evidence-based medications for this, they generally tend to be much more talk therapies, and trying to do talk therapy with a person who's unwilling is kind of like taking a horse to water’
