I was not careful enough this year: robins have built a nest in the pergola above my patio. Once again, fledgling carnage as the babies try to fly while my golden doodle, who is unfortunately a stone-cold bird killer, decimates them. And of course it is I who needs to deal with the corpses. Ugh.
