Each year on this day I remember the Two Minutes Silence in the UK, how we'd stop still for it at the grocer's, at lecture, wherever. I wish we had that here: Two minutes to remember the terrible guns, & the silence when they stopped, & the people dead or broken b/c there were fools who chose war.
