-Enacted tariffs that have caused food prices to rise

Of course Trump will lean on NYC if Mamdani wins (and will even if he doesn’t), but maybe place the blame on Trump rather than on Mamdani. Kinda like saying “the way she was dressed, she was asking for it,” which might be a sentiment Cuomo is familiar with.
