Making this information easily available and digestible to everyone is a great thing @controller.lacity.gov was one the best people I got to vote for 🙂
When it comes to the LAPD, the City will always find the money to fund them no matter what's been approved in the budget or what the City's spending plan is.
If they overspend, rack up liability claims, etc., City Hall will just take the money from elsewhere to give to LAPD.
