Genuinely puzzled why Rachel Reeves seems so poorly prepared for her post-budget media round. The questions are obvious, so why not have slicker answers prepared?

Farage insists schoolboy racism claims stem from folks hating his politics, but multiple witnesses detail his antisemitic taunts like "gas 'em all" and "stupid yid" to Jewish kids, none tied to parties. #UKPolitics

Nigel Farage doesn't want us to take seriously what he said and did at 15, but didn't he once say that Shamima Begum knew what she was doing when she was only 15 years old? I just ask the questions! 😉

Farage says he can't investigate pro-Russian links in Reform because he doesn't "have a police force".

You really need to start thinking of better excuses Nigel Farage - or the public will think you're hiding something.

Farage's man in Wales was sent down 3 days ago for taking pro-Russian bribes.

Why is he refusing to investigate whether there's any other links to the Kremlin in Reform? What is he hiding?

Farage says all 23 people who went to school with him are lying, but he also can't remember what he did 50 years ago.

That doesn't make sense.

Clearly, he was prolific and he targeted more.

People often remember bullies for the rest of their lives, too.

Do you remember bullies at your school?

Imagine living in a house on fire and occasionally throwing a glass of water on the flames and claiming it's progress.

That's Labour's attitude to Brexit.

(No political party is loud enough on the issue given its immense salience. They should be screaming 24/7 about it.)

Democracy?

It is crucial for passengers that our voices are heard and that the bill delivers on the hopes and expectations of passengers. But this has not happened.

I might have underestimated Streeting's popularity among Labour members. Which is a bit surprising because he is an ardent Blairite and the average Labour member in 2025 is, um, not that. Perhaps helps that his main strengths appear to be among Starmer's main weaknesses.
