This morning at Malibu Creek State Park. I honestly don't remember the last time I was here. 2019, maybe? The water is the highest I have ever seen it. Scars from the 2018 fire are mostly gone or covered up. It's a beautiful place. #photography #landscapephotography #malibucreekstatepark

Four GOP Senators.
At most four Repubs in the House.
Together they could stop nearly all the mad-king's rampages. They would be known to history as Profiles in Courage. They might/would lose the next election. But people have sacrificed a lot more, for a lot less.

It would only take a tiny handful of Republican Congress members or senators to stop the slide of America toward authoritarian fascism, but nope. They're all in.

That part of the 2nd Amendment that Scalia thought was irrelevant could become very relevant if Walz deploys the NG to protect citizens from ICE: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, . . . "
NOTE: He has not yet deployed the guard, they are on standby.

If you see the photo of the bullet hole in her windshield, notice that it is near the pillar. For the bullet to enter there and hit her in the head, the gunman would have been somewhere other than directly in front of the car.
Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.
