The 15% they used to supply the US was stopped when Venezuela shook off the corporate clutches of imperial oil and nationalised it, stopping that flow, and in turn raising prices & eating in to US oil reserves. This us how imperialism view resources. Ours. Forever.

Respected? Trump has killed our domestic tourism industry. I stayed at a high end hotel in Houston last weekend and the employees told me that business was way down this year because they had no international guests .
