Ted Lieu just explained very clearly why he doesn't support going from 0 to Impeachment.
As a former Prosecutor, an Impeachment is an INDICTMENT, and he doesn't support INDICTING ANYONE without INVESTIGATING THEM FIRST.
But he does support INVESTIGATIONS that will LEAD TO INDICTMENT/IMPEACHMENT.
