One of my heroes. Happy Briefer Day!
Today is the birthday of artist and writer Dick Briefer (Jan. 9, 1915-Dec. 1980). Most remembered for his unique work on his wonderful Frankenstein series.

Fantastic Planet (La Planète Sauvage) was released in 1973. I saw it when I was very young and it was my first introduction to animated science fiction and work of this kind. It remains one of my favourite styles of artwork. Perhaps that's why I love seeing artwork like this in games. #Warcraft

I OWN THE TUTENSTEIN RIGHTS. This question comes up often and it’s high time to officially clarify. Wanna make a new TUTENSTEIN cartoon? I’m the only one you need to ask. 10 years after the airing of the last Emmy Award winning animated episode, all rights reverted to me in 2018. He’s my mummy.

Missed the issues? No problem…
Just finished Epitaphs From the Abyss Vol. 1 — had a blast with it. EC-style anthology horror brought into today: creepy art, pulpy twists, & stories that are just plain gory fun.

Spooky, campy, & a worthy revival of the EC vibe.

Correct! I'm a big Jonny Quest fan, and Hanna-Barbera adventure hero cartoons in general.
Anyone watch The Secret Saturdays?

It had a lot of Jonny Quest in its feel

They had evil mirror universe versions, downnto the Eyepatch of Evil.
