Trobo molt encertat centrar el tema a la presió dels mercats de tenir sempre dividents creixents en alguns srocks (Ex: La petroliera Chevron pertany al club de Dividend Aristocrats)

Cheaper if the total cost of the 5 OS's is ignorable. More problems: loss of perceived equipoise limiting RCT recruitment, too much influence of OS results on clinical practice before the too-late RCT is launched, RCT not launched because of impressive OS, etc.

How did we get in a place where we don't see the problem in using associational evidence (which cannot even say the word cause) to inform RCTs.
