Closest anyone will ever get to an apology from The Orange ManBoy - now he should say something similar to the other 31 countries whose military he insulted

You always think that all the apologists, cheerleaders & sycophants - on both sides of the Atlantic - will surely cut the umbilical *this time*. But they never do. And the rest of us still aren’t equipped to deal with the full horror of what that means.

That’s not even close to an apology. And besides, Denmark lost more people per head of the population than *any* other country in Afghanistan. The obviousness of his contempt for crucial alliances matches the obviousness of his contempt for the truth.

I just spoke with the White House after another horrific shooting by federal agents this morning. Minnesota has had it. This is sickening.

The President must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now.

The Star Tribune reports that federal agents "attempted to order local police from the scene" where a man was shot and killed by feds this morning, but Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara refused and "instructed his officers to preserve the scene."

Trump had five deferments during the height of the Vietnam War. Four were for his education. The fifth was a medical waiver for bone spurs after college.

Dodging draft was not unusual among influential and affluent families and Vietnam was a pointless war but he's got no right to cast aspersions.

Trump, on Air Force One, is falsely claiming that Americans' 401k retirement accounts are up "80-90% in some cases". Projects 100% increases for some savers. Completely, totally divorced from reality. The actual average annual increase is 9.1%. He is incapable of speaking the truth about anything.

People who are standing up to tyranny in Minneapolis and elsewhere are acting in one of the finest American traditions. They are not doing so violently, as vance smarmily suggests. The violence is coming from an out of control federal govt and agents who believe they are above the law.
JD Vance: "I'm headed to Minneapolis where we're gonna talk with ICE agents and local officials about how we turn down the chaos. My simple piece of advice to them is going to be if you want to turn down the chaos in Minneapolis, stop fighting immigration enforcement."

Zelensky is entirely justified in speaking bluntly like this to Europeans. Too many seem willing to see Ukrainians suffer to provide Europe greater time and security, without acknowledging that Ukraine’s fight is their own.

Trump on NATO: "I've always said, will they be there if we ever needed them? That's really the ultimate test. I'm not sure of that. We've never needed them. They'll say they sent some troops to Afghanistan and this or that. And they did. They stayed a little back, off the front lines."

Attn news commentators: Trump saying he could use force to obtain Greenland but won’t is not Trump saying he won’t use force to obtain Greenland. It is Trump using force as a threat to obtain Greenland. That is why he mentions it.
