Hugely important to know how LUFS measurements work, and how perceived loudness works. Numbers are useful information for an audio engineer (LUFS-I and RMS are very!), but they aren't the whole story at all.
Charles Pateman just gave an excellent presentation about the perils of using LUFS for dialogue mastering in games. And here's the bit that I can't stop thinking about: with increasing stress, the human voice becomes increasingly midrange.

I liked Sinners even more the second time rewatching it at home. Such a great film. I was able to pick out more details and really appreciate the score and the acting even more.
