We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

So there's a subset of podcasts now that are "video-first" now and filmed in a studio. And I guess I am curious why those shows still want to park a giant broadcast mic in front of the talent's face, instead of a lav and a boom situation? Video is no longer a bonus, it's the point of those.

Hugely important to know how LUFS measurements work, and how perceived loudness works. Numbers are useful information for an audio engineer (LUFS-I and RMS are very!), but they aren't the whole story at all.
Charles Pateman just gave an excellent presentation about the perils of using LUFS for dialogue mastering in games. And here's the bit that I can't stop thinking about: with increasing stress, the human voice becomes increasingly midrange.
While useful, one can't set-and-forget LUFS on dialogue.
