The sort of report a great paper publishes. It’s a great read about who the man with the gun in this photo, is. Experts now know his name & that he was a school teacher before WWII.

‘Rather, years of antisemitic, nationalistic propaganda closed off whatever was left of their basic humanity’. [1]

Tip: For 'best team' you go with Bull Russell's Boston Celtics, not with Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls.

You wheel out MJ to say: We're going to crush you because just look at what our star can do.

You wheel out BR to say: other teams have bigger stars (Wilt/Pogi) but we'll still win coz team.

Dankjulliewel 🙏

"our original crypto food delivery idea"

That so many of the companies doing "AI" have pivoted from crypto tells you everything you need to know about them.
Founders on LinkedIn still seem to be struggling with the difference between telling people about their humble beginnings and admitting to straight up committing fraud.

They market their cars as weapons and we allow them on the same roads as children cycling to school.

And I still get weird middle-aged men in my notifications obfuscating for and defending this.

This is not a serious society.

My analysis of the leaked #GDPR overhaul proposal. Some changes are great. Some risk decreasing privacy protections.
The changes are very far‑reaching. Tread carefully! Also, some of the proposed amendments may in fact be ... not so legit. techletters.substack.com/p/techletter...

This is not "good news". This is a collaboration with Juki, and you need a specific Juki industrial sewing machine to sew in these zippers.

It's vendor lock-in dressed up as innovation.
Behold the zipper’s first upgrade in over a century. YKK, the Japanese company that makes about half the world’s zippers, has created a zipper that removes the traditional fabric tape, creating a lighter, more flexible, lower-impact closure. buff.ly/5UV5gnr

The Zipper Is Getting Its First Major Upgrade in 100 Years
By stripping away the fabric tape that’s held zippers together for a hundred years, Japanese clothing giant YKK is designing the future of seamless clothing.

Omar is our fourteenth colleague to be killed in Gaza since the war started. We call yet again for an end to the genocide.

If it were me, I would warn against ANY easy money side hustle on Telegram.

I wouldn't go with this "remember kids, not all easy money side hustles are good for you" approach, but then I'm not an award-winning keynote speaker so what do I know 🤷
For Russia, it’s low-risk outsourcing. For the teenagers, it’s a potential life-altering criminal record.

It’s a sobering reminder that not every “side hustle” on Telegram leads to easy money. Sometimes it leads straight into the hands of the police.
