Just to get this straight in my head, we've gone from "BBC badly edited a piece about Trump, but was accurate overall", to the "BBC isn't transphobic enough and is all woke", and we're still arguing, regardless of the myriad of issues with the BBC, whether there's a genuine right wing attack on it?

When we looked at attitudes to rail nationalisation, ticket prices and infrastructure investment were the two things the public most expected to improve.
Given that fare reform would also be costly (so won't happen), increasingly looking like nationalisation will be a failure in eyes of the public.

3p on Income Tax, 5p on the 45p rate, ditch the taper and childcare removal, and you've basically made it look fair, provided better headroom, and, crucially, removed one of the most annoying marginal rates in our tax system.
