Bei einigen Linken kommt das hin, bei anderen fällt die Erklärung noch weniger schmeichelhaft aus: Dass man sich selbst als Friedensengel begreift, der doch nur was gegen den Atomkrieg habe. Während sie die Eskalationsschraube immer weiter anziehen anstatt klare und verständliche Signale zu senden.
Ein Grund, warum Altlinke und Neue Altlinke Probleme mit der 🇺🇦 haben, ist, dass hier eine aufstrebende bürgerliche Gesellschaft gegen Unterdrückung kämpft und nicht irgendwelche dubiosen Guerillas. Deswegen wird das Oligarchische in der 🇺🇦 (das gefährlich ist) immer überbetont.

I think this is the reason why Trump comes up with his so called "plan". He cannot risk the loss of a buddy like Putin, there is way too much of his money in the system.

Hatte gestern einen Plausch mit einer Bekannten, die bei der Bundespolizei arbeitet. Ich habe da mal nachgefragt wie die AfD-affinen Kollegen auf die VS-Einstufung reagieren. Antwort: "Oh, enorm, die haben da richtig Schiss vor, damit wollen die sich nichts verbauen".

Still incredible how "the economy" was the top priority for voters in 2024 and so they voted in someone who in January 2025 started doing what he said he'd do and they immediately recognized that was terrible for the economy and their personal finances. 🤷♂️

Nein, überhaupt nicht. Erstmal geht es darum, wo die Befragten verortet sind, die CDU weiß: Urbane Wähler alrrerieren, wägen eher ab. Rurale Wähler werden so zementiert.
Zudem: Das "christliche Abendland" hat schon Pegida beschworen. "Christentum" meint hier Bling Bling, aber eben erfolgreich.
