So, now that #doctorwho is definitely returning, I’m calling out for the fellas behind Inside No.9 to take over as main writers and showrunners, along with a proper script editor.

I’m unreasonably irritated by Americans saying “tidbit” when the word is “titbit”. But then theirs is closer to the original, which makes it even more irritating. I said it was unreasonable.

I’ve also been spending some time this week working on the sequel to COG.

Here we go! Third day of the Rugby Literary Festival starts here! Did really well yesterday - it was great to meet people, even if some of them were my school students going “Look! It’s Sir!” Why not come on down to Rugby Central and pick up some signed books, and do the Story Trail for families!

I’m in a weird limbo at the moment with regard to books and publishing. I’m hoping something will happen soon that I can announce. In the meantime, please come along to the Rugby Literary Festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I’ll be there.

Alien Earth season finale: just brilliant. This whole series has been the best thing anyone has done with the franchise since Aliens. We only had to wait nearly 40 years! What a cliffhanger! #alienearth
