I seem to have missed the golden age of international law when all countries but particularly the US did everything according to the rules.

I also seem to be missing the ideas for creating another.

There's a strange narrative on here that makes out it is shocking that the US doesn't respect another country's sovereignty. A decade without the US toppling a govt is much more unusual.

@jburnmurdoch.ft.com does your nice top 1% vs bottom 1% SEND support look similar for other groups? (Eg quintiles stack neatly?) Also does private look similar for just the public schools, so it excludes the special private schools aimed at providing SEND? I assume so, but charts left questions!
