That one time I dabbled with GBStudio made me appreciate how much we take for granted in modern game development. Simple things like displaying a number on the screen can take a significant chunk of the Game Boy's processing power.

I think the only thing I dislike about Farscape is I don't find Crichton to be a very interesting character. He's just a bland white guy "everyman" like Chris Pratt or Nathan Drake. He's there solely to make this weird Australian show seem less scary to a US audience.

It's a Myst-alike! And a pretty unearthly and atmospheric one too. There's a Lightwave3D-ey look to the environments too which really adds to the weirdiness we're exploring from the get-go.

This sums up US food to me. Tacky packaging, deregulation means that it could have brain eating ameoba inside it for all we know. Throw in some cultural appropriation and slap on a cartoon character that hasn't been relevant for at least 20 years. Thank god for the free market!
