Iron Lung is better on a second viewing when you are more prepared for the slow burn. There's lots of little details Mark put in that enhance the experience. What a great fucking film.

IRON LUNG is very good. A little long, but I like a slow burn. Great visuals, Mark's performance satisfies, and the plot expands the lore of the game. Really good shit. If you know the game, prepare for some twists. Not a masterpiece, but big screen worthy. Go see it!
