While @TraceyMannKS at least answers his Salina phone, one can only leave a message for @RogerMarshallMD and @JerryMoran. None of them will have town halls, so how do I know they even know of these messages I leave? They certainly aren't speaking out for the Rule of Law as I am requesting.

Hey @traceymann. Do you know that person answering your phone really said Pres Trump is powerless to follow 9-0 SCOTUS ruling requiring he MUST facilitate return of Alberto Garcia??? Even though Trump said in national TV interview that all he has to do is make one call??? Shame.

She was chosen because he knew she wouldn’t abide by DOJ policy. Doesn’t make it less galling to see this, but she wouldn’t have been selected if she or he cared about what is right and wrong.
DOJ personnel don’t comment on anything beyond the four corners of a charging document in order to avoid prejudicing a defendant’s rights. Here’s the policy. The Attorney General of the United States violated it yesterday.
