Talks randomly about Arsenal, Formula 1, digital art, music and stuff (but mostly rants about football)

The top 6 form table is wild. #premierleague.

If this weekend of Premier League tells us one thing is how much teams and players are exhausted.
the last 6 weeks have been intense for all clubs and the results are just showing it.

#arsenal having the best result of the weekend in the top4 by drawing at Forest is just the illustration of that.

3 draws and 2 loss.

All these pundits could not have been more on point when telling us City was finding their form, hitting their stride after Christmas!

If it’s anybody else than a Manchester player it’s a red.

I want United to win this game, stick it to city, go into the Arsenal game thinking they’re back and get slapped

Grounded perspective is realising City has quietly spent in a year nearly twice as much as Arsenal spent in their biggest transfer window of all time—for which they were consequently told repeatedly that they have "no excuses" not to win the Premier League.

That flop narrative over a guy with a 9 G/A contribution for a 55 million price tag

While 69 million Ekitike has 11 G/A, 125 million Isak has 3, and 100 million Wirtz has 3 …

It’s wild.
This. The narrative that Gyokeres was signed to be “the striker Arsenal were missing” is bullshit media nonsense. *They* were the ones pushing that we needed a killer goalscorer. The club just wanted forward *options* so we didn’t have to have a bench of kids or play a LB at left wing.
Gyokeres, Madueke, Hincapie, Norgaard, Merino, Mosquera, Kepa, Eze. None of them were signed to be first-choice. Each of them reduce minutes for key players: Kai, Saka, Cala/Gabi, Zubi, Rice, Saliba, Raya, Odegaard. They are all good options. Only one has had to be first choice all season.

Kudos to Chelsea for following up their 1-1 win over Arsenal with a 2-3 win!

Impressive stuff from the plucky underdog €1.6B side!

I had missed it last week, but Marriott proudly announcing they are a hotel sponsor of the World Cup in the current climate surrounding that World Cup is such a risky (or tone deaf) move.

With all the noise around pricing and the trump regime, I'm really not sure it's the right move.

Nike has just launched its first shoes that "stimulate the brain.

And the person they chose to talk about brain stimulation is Haaland.

Not sure if he's the worst or the best model to talk about brain stimulation.

That stranger things final season and finale were great, totally in the continuation of the show.

And yes of course the end is happy and all mellow, anything else would have been breaking away from the feel good nostalgia of the show.

A what point will more countries or the EU ban Twitter?

It’s openly promoting hate, racism, and child pornography.

And there’s no argument about removing a tool of expression for people, there are plenty of options available with at least some moderation.

Next level commentary in this Leeds - United: Cunha is over-playing, trying to dribble and juggle, loses the ball and the commentary team says it was “nearly brilliant” 😅

Sure, ooooor it really wasn’t, he lost the ball and offered a counter to Leeds.

But all we hear from some fans is that he only plays backwards. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Despite playing just 42.0% of available PL minutes, Martin Ødegaard has played more line-breaking passes into the penalty area than any other Arsenal player this season.

He proved beyond doubt how valuable he is to #AFC in the statement win over Aston Villa.

#arsenal has the second best attack in the league but pundits are still telling us we’re not scoring enough. 37 goals, only city has more.
And we still have the best defense but hey … 🤷🏻‍♂️

ESPN pundits to talk about #Arsenal are ex-Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Leboeuf saying that if Watkins scores it’s a different game, but omit to talk about Gyokeres chances.

Villa had 0 shot on target in the first half, no mention of that.

Effing clowns. Their disgust for anything Arsenal is so ridiculous.
