Absolutely devastating to hear of the horrific passing of the legendary Rob Reiner and his wonderful wife Michele Reiner. Not only was he incredibly talented, he was also a fierce fighter for democracy. A truly heartbreaking loss. May they RIP. 💙🙏

Shocked by the awful death of Rob Reiner. I spoke with him for over an hour last night. We talked about his work and his plans for the future. I always enjoyed his company. We met at his Dad's in 1975. Last thing he said to me was "See you next year.." Such a terrible end. Such a sweet man.

Rob Reiner’s murder has left me in shock. I never met him personally, but Rob contacted me years ago on Twitter/X because he wanted to tell me he liked the way I used my voice and sparked conversation. And how important it was never to fall silent.

I’m having a hard time comprehending the news about Rob Reiner. All I can articulate right now is how much I admired him, how much I enjoyed his work, and how thoroughly shocked I am hearing about what happened. My favorite superpower in any human is the art of storytelling. He was a master.

I knew Rob Reiner & his lovely wife Michelle. One of my happiest memories was chatting with them in their kitchen, making sandwiches talking politics, and movies.
They were kind people. Extraordinarily normal and very, very kind.
I love & miss them already.
Life is short.

Nothing has been “normal” for most of this year…only anticipate a snowball gaining speed downhill from here on.
I just don’t see how we can pretend even for a moment that anything involving our federal government is remotely normal when the president is covering up his involvement in a child sex trafficking ring. Like, what are we doing here
