I'm still kinda amazed that in 1994 Lucasarts decided to cancel the SCUMM-based point and click sequel to Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, The Iron Phoenix, because they could not sell it in Germany (the country banned all nazi imagery) since that market was BIGGER than the American one.
