I am honestly tired of the Epstein file jokes. Those emails aren’t funny, they’re a horror show that put on display exactly what kind of monsters have been running the show for decades, on both sides of the fence.

Super irritated that my insurance requires me to be enrolled in a “program” to get my Zepbound approved and filled. I lost 100+ pounds on my own with it plus my doctor’s support. But I signed up for Nourish because it is possibly covered at 100% and the providers seem extremely qualified.

This trip has been great for my work and absolute hell on my body. To say I am ready to go home is a massive understatement. I cannot wait to hug my family and pet my cats and sleep in my own bed, which I will likely not vacate for at least 24 hours.

I have to travel for work and I have been preparing like I am going off to the wilderness. Not only have I always had anxiety about needing something and not having it, now I’m old and picky and want VERY SPECIFIC THINGS or I will be cranky.

This weekend I got to go on dates with my absolute gem of a husband, relax with a book, browse through a record store during a rainstorm, enjoy a meal with our family, and drink a delightful new tea. 💜 not everything I wanted or planned to do, but a damn good showing.
