If I couldn't live in California (unlikely, lots of affordable, less desirable areas I would choose over leaving the state), I would choose Washington, Oregon or Colorado. That's it. That's all the diversity I have in me 😂

The best loaf I've ever made! THIS is the bread I will be selling alongside my cinnamon rolls. This was made with both sourdough starter and fresh yeast and the combo is simply outstanding.
I wanted it to be a white sandwich bread but I miss the taste of the little bit of rye I usually use.

The problem with boycotts is where else am I gonna go? Google and Android ain't much better than Apple let's be serious. Same with Target and Walmart and Amazon. Local grocery stores are screwing workers who don't have union protection. It's a terrible time to be a consumer.
