Really, really proud of this interview.
To make her new album, Laura Burhenn of The Mynabirds had to find her way out of silence by reappraising her relationship with the muse. Read her Liners Notes interview with @jefito.com. www.harmonic.fm/blog/liner-n...

'Matt Gaetz Raped A Homeless Teenager' is what you mean.

A teenager with a homeless parent? What? The fuck? Did she have a home and not allow her parent to live in it? Ended up having sex with? What? Yeah clearly you guys been caping for pedos long enough and you understand the assignment here
A teenager in Florida with a homeless parent wanted money for braces and ended up having sex for money with powerful men, setting off a chain of events that would have a dramatic impact on her life and help upend the political career of Representative Matt Gaetz. nyti.ms/49PSkL9

The value of reading history is you know that in 1860 there were abolitionists who were so demoralized that they thought chattel slavery would be permanent. 5 years later those still alive had lived to see its end.

What just kills me about every one of these stories is how self-inflicted the damage is. Every one of our states can easily afford an excellent public university system, and across the board (albeit to different degrees) they just don’t want to.

A busy week for the current Big Bad suggests #GH might finally be ready to go somewhere with a long-gestating storyline. My latest for Diagnosis Daytime:

I think a thing we'll learn tonight is that people fucking hate what is going on and they will straight ticket vote against anyone involved in starving people while pillaging the country and kidnapping their neighbors. I don't think it matters at all who that person is.

For the love of God, can just one interviewer push back on this insanity?

There are people seeking political asylum in America. They were not taken out of mental asylums in other countries and brought here.

It's a big mistake with big ramifications, but no one wants to correct Our Special Boy.
O'DONNELL: Are we going to war against Venezuela?

TRUMP: I doubt it. They emptied their mental institutions and insane asylums into the United States of America

It's been a long time since this happened, but none of this week's new releases moved me enough to warrant a recommendation. Thus thwarted, I jumped back 40 years to cover the songs that debuted this week in 1985: www.jefitoblog.com/old-music-fr...
