I'm neurodivergent/autistic (high functioning) and enjoy video games, electronics, instrumental music, and Japanese culture/anime/whatever. Tokusatsu especially. Huge Katsuragi, Nemona, and Amy Rose fan.

was talking about this in a discord last night but shoutouts to the "Sega Mega Drive 3" plug and play console that, despite having full holographic SEGA license stickers and everything, is quite clearly running a bootleg multicart with repeated games.

The only comment I have in regards to the tokusatsu stuff going on right now is that I have no words. I couldn't even BEGIN to come up with any.

Okay, legit, a Pokémon watch based on Charizard or the Charmander line in general would probably be the catalyst for me getting a cheap/reliable smartwatch. Hell, even an actual Pokemon smartwatch itself.

Most OTA TV networks had Saturday morning cartoon blocks of varying sizes and qualities, and then by the early 00s that format just up and died, because it was like, yeah, you can just go to a cable TV network to watch cartoons all day I guess.

Fun fact: the vocal tracks in the game were sung by Masato Shimon, known for his work on various tokusatsu productions of the 70's and 80's.
Monster Maulers is a pretty cool game in and of itself, it controls like a 2d fighter but it's more of a boss rush that can be played either single player or co-op
It's a massive love letter to sentai shows from around that era and it's one of my favorite hidden gems from the Konami of that era!

I know I haven't seen much of the Jurassic Park movies post 3, and that's what I know Trevorrow for, but keeping the Flintstones 1995 in mind, and that had John Goodman and Rick Moranis as the leads for the respective families, I think this might work.

You have no idea how many times I've felt I've done something wrong if there's a lot of silence after I say something or someone in person says, "I wanna talk to you". I hate it, because I can't help myself sometimes.
Being a person with autism has not been easy but the reason it hasn't been easy- is because non-autistic people are not taught how to interact with autistic people. Autistic people are expected to socially mask & neurotypicals generally don't have even a base idea of how autistic people communicate.

I get really annoyed when someone does air quotes around online friends. I interact with groovy people from around the globe, celebrate their triumphs and empathize with their difficulties, and I hate when that gets treated as an inferior form of friendship.

So yesterday I did something that I'm very proud of, because of the amount of work I put into it.
I managed to bypass the original installer LEGO Alpha Team and install the game on Windows 10, using a guide to tell me how to set up config files, and grabbing the registry entries from Windows 9x.
