That just reminds me of an image from r/onejob where someone put the sticker "boneless" on a sealed pack of donuts.

As a redo of the original post, here's a photo of (the Canadian distribution of) the Sega Genesis model 1, the one with Altered Beast as a pack-in.

So I did that innocence test thing that I've seen a few people do on here.

Okay, so I just saw this a while ago in the settings menu on my PS3. Can any PS3 afficionados tell me what the use case for this would even BE?

So yesterday I did something that I'm very proud of, because of the amount of work I put into it.

I managed to bypass the original installer LEGO Alpha Team and install the game on Windows 10, using a guide to tell me how to set up config files, and grabbing the registry entries from Windows 9x.

This is the set in question for the record. Also they would reuse this attache mold for the Time Attache of the Timeranger toy line, which holds the parts of the blaster upgrade.

Here are some modern examples of their work in that regard.

This should hold me over until I can actually get a Bandai DX GoGoBrace (or Lightspeed Morpher, I won't be picky).

Turns out they missed a spot.

Been watching KyuuKyuu Sentai GoGoFive lately and decided to splurge a bit for some of the toys of the henshin/weapons series. While browsing I found that Disney apparently (in their infinite wisdom, air quotes) took the Lightspeed Blaster, changed the stickers and called it an overdrive toy.

Nicalis did the physical distro though so pass, for me anyways.

KyuuKyuu Sentai GoGoFive vs. Gingaman (2000)

Really enjoyed this. Having begun to appreciate the different spins on Sentai adaptations with this series so far, I'd say this has probably given me a good enough reason to give Gingaman itself a shot at some point.

#4, since I forgot about it at the time, also since media means more than just games.

KyuuKyuu Sentai GoGoFive: Sudden Shock! A New Warrior (in the fandom, known as VS Zeek)

It's been a bit so I don't remember my thoughts. But I didn't hate it at least. It was alright.

Three games are known to exist in this configuration (and have been dumped): The King of Fighters 2003, SNK vs Capcom: SVC Chaos, and Metal Slug 5.

Now for something completely different: cat. Why? Because I can and I'm bored. XP

Drop a bad guy you love.

I haven't seen Time Force yet, but c'mon. It's Vernon Wells.

(Also, to be fair, I was also thinking Gilgamesh from Final Fantasy V)

I know that in the 2000s having feature complete ports of games is commonplace, but you have absolutely no idea how much it blows my mind Pandemic were able to cram fucking BATTLEFRONT II (2005) on PSP, with almost complete feature parity with consoles and PC.

With my friend @aaron.ispost.ing watching Gekisou Sentai Carranger (激走戦隊カーレンジャー) it's basically inspired me to finally get a Sentai series I've had backlogged for years out of the way.

I promise I'll get back to Tropical-Rouge at some point, but for now...

Also made by Arc System Works, back when they were called Arc Co., Ltd.

Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! (1999)

A good tie-in to the movie. Some of the bosses and Pizza Planet tokens were a pain, but the game itself still holds up. Having footage from the movie is also a plus.

If you see this, post something pink.

#1, starting now as I haven't kept track

Disney Epic Mickey (2010)
- via Rebrushed (2024)

Played this back in my childhood but never got far until last night where I got the good ending (Paint Path).

Even after all these years I'd say it's good. It still has its issues but they're very few.

Day 2: Now that it's had time to sit, time to reveal.

Better hope you're all ready to tropica-shine! It's Tropical-Rouge!

Episode 2 completed today as well.

God, Cure Summer/Manatsu has some real genki energy that I love.
