I feel like both statements can be true: Official releases can offer a convenient solution to play certain games on Modern systems. And Emulation can open the door to a wide array of game not rereleased.
I just wish when said official rereleases happened, people didn't go "Just emulate"

"I'm tired of hearing 'just emulate it'!" Well get use to it because we don't live in a perfect world where every single video game ever made can easily be accessible. Not every game is guaranteed to get a re-release so the fans got you covered already.

Recently it seems someone figured this out and has managed to black list them from almost any way of earning a living as an artist.

FYI to those that want to play Hydro Thunder: PC version works great on modern PCs using dgVoodoo. It's the most arcade accurate version too.

I have a kind of mental reflex when I see someone suspicious that’s basically « I wonder what’s their opinion on trans people » and if I see too many red flags I go « I don’t need to know his opinion on trans people » and erase that person from my TL.
I definitely don’t need to know it for him.
