there's actually an earlier version of rockman 5 that has the original "I AM DARKWING DUCK" text and could've very well been made before rockman 5
it's also probably why the "Rockman 6" and "Rockman 7" hacks exist; they had to update the numbers since there was already a rockman 5 on the market
