Strictly personal. Personally strict.
The problem with alarmists like this is that they take the administration’s actions at face value instead of applying the rules of kayfabe. This is all a show.
Slow civil war is just that, slow; and then fascism burps, and it jolts ahead. Read the whole terror memo. Read about Comey. Consider the generals. Read this passage. Note what’s now called “terror.” And what “funding” it means. I want to say this is in-the-street news, but I think it may be worse.

It’s so abundantly clear that this is not final and their place isn’t settled. This is the world’s most insecure, Pollyanna-ish government.
The MAGA monocultural revolution is so thorough that Hegseth made it a priority to honor soldiers who carried out war crimes in 1890.

The problem with people like this is that they will never understand that their punishment is directly related to their behavior. When this man is ultimately punished for his inhumanity, he will cry and claim his humanity is being ignored. We must remember to close our ears to their cries.
I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

Dems should take this as a blessing. Let the GOP have what they want. Let the nation’s borders go unprotected. Let the nation’s skies be unguarded. Let the GOP have the government they want.

There is no leadership in this country, none, at least among the rich and powerful. Leadership requires compassion, understanding, salesmanship, joy, commitment, courage, respect, integrity, self-control, etc etc etc. These are not traits that large companies select for when finding management.

I think the common thread among MAGAts is that they’ve all suffered some sort of trauma (real or imagined). Loomer, for example, grew up with a schizophrenic brother who attacked her repeatedly. Her mother then abandoned her family (probably the right move tbh), so loomer was raised by her dad

The issue with Stancil’s take on the whole Utah Event is that he’s taking the word of bad actors in good faith. We all know there is a massive push in conservative circles to frame anyone that doesn’t agree with them as violent, and that they’re willing to commit violence against opponents.

“I am now introducing a motion to name Brendan Carr then next contestant on ‘The Running Man’, Thursdays on NBC.”
Ro Khanna: "They're making comedy illegal. Brendan Carr pressured ABC to cancel Jimmy Kimmel, and Disney cancels Jimmy Kimmel. This canceling from an administration that lectured us about cancel culture. That's why today I'm introducing a motion to subpoena Brendan Carr."

The MLS will render itself less relevant than the WHL if they don’t enforce their own rules.
MLS has not yet announced potential additional suspensions from the melee for league play, but still may do so.
BREAKING: The Leagues Cup has handed out the following suspensions for the altercation after the final:

- Luis Suarez: 6 games
- Sergio Busquets: 2 games
- Tomas Aviles: 3 games
- Sounders coach Steven Lenhart: 5 games

Miami is a liability to MLS. Your premier team starts a brawl, and spits on people every time things don't go their way.

Suarez should be gone from the league at this point.

Also this is the BARE MINIMUM for Suarez based on the tournament rules, which say 6 or more for spitting or biting (which I imagine was added specifically for Suarez)

OK… so Clint Dempsey got a 6 game USOC + 3 game MLS suspension for a non-violent referee’s book tearing, and Suarez gets 5 + 0. I just don’t get the math. WTF!

These kind of comments are so stupid. It’s not a hallmark of capitalism, it’s a hallmark of shitty American healthcare. A number of European countries also enjoy the benefits of capitalism while also having nationalized healthcare 🤷‍♂️

Roth: In terms of remedy, I have not heard what they think the opportunity to be heard would accomplish and what facts would be presented. So the remedy isn't really reinstatement. She can send a letter and maybe the president will change his mind. Sometimes he changes his mind.
