This should be the law in all States
ICE wants to claim they are "Police"
Then they should have to follow the same guidelines and rules that real police do
I believe in legitimate law enforcement and ICE is no where close to them
ICE is America's Gestapo

There are many rumors going around about a large operation targeting Haitians in Springfield whose TPS is going to be stripped from them next week; we do not know if they are true, but the community is preparing nonetheless.

Notably, expect court decisions ASAP in pending cases to save TPS.

I keep thinking about these pictures and the bizarre decision to insert a DHS employee showing their back to the camera. Did they think that was an improvement on the mug shot?
Scrolling through the photos of Pam Bondi's "Minnesota rioters," it's just hero after hero. Every photo includes a cowardly DHS agent with their back to the camera.

Bondi thinks she's going to win the propaganda war with this shit, but it's never been more clear that they're losing.

Even under SCOTUS's dubious reasoning in Trump v. U.S., there is no scenario in which maneuvering billions of dollars to an offshore account to keep it out of reach from Congress and courts is an "official act." This is all criminal and impeachable.
Marco Rubio: "The oil proceeds are being deposited into an account that ultimately will become a US Treasury blocked account here in the US. We will say 'this is what this money can be spent on.' They will submit to us a budget request -- 'we want to use the money on these things.'"

Masking is not about doxing. That is the excuse. They are wearing masks so people cannot identify agents who engage in abuses, civil rights violations, and crimes. You can’t report someone or hold them accountable in any way if you can’t identify them.

Since we published this, Pam Bondi's X account has started posting mugshots of Minnesotans arrested for impeding ICE/CBP. Sharing a defendant's photo publicly in this way is forbidden under DOJ rules
ICE and CBP are at the head of Trump's campaign to terrorize Minnesotans. But the Justice Department is not far behind.
