This may explain why there’s an aggressive response to people who merely post Kirk’s own words. It threatens the existence of the alternate Kirk - the motivational speaker that had been marketed to young kids and white Christian groups through selective quotation & clips.

These tariffs reflect Trump's obsession with mafia-like executive power. He's now better placed to force countries and companies to bend to his will, like what he’s doing to universities and law firms. If they want relief, they must plead their case, hat in hand. This new EO is a doozy, clearly written to test the constitutionality of independent agencies at the SCt. It purports to effectively bring all independent agencies - including the Fed Election Cmsn and the Fed (in part) under presidential control. Irreconcilable w/existing law full stop. /1
