Me: I am still recovering from Covid. I will play the nice, calming game of Pokemon Snap (N64) that I've been wanting to play for ages. Observing Pokemon... Taking photos of them... The perfect calm game.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

So, it turns out that "Asian herbs" and "ethnic flavour" mostly means 'lemongrass'. It was good though, as was the burger. I rescued the ENTIRE HALF LIME they put in the lime soda and squeezed some of it on the burger, which made it even better.

I'm at Freshness Burger and I just ordered a bahn mi burger with 3x coriander, review to follow, but I was eyeballing the wedges with dipping sauce that were paired with it, and I asked the salesgirl, "what are 'Asian herbs?'" because apparently it was 'Asian herb' flavoured. She did not know.

I would like to report that the blog (todays-shasta.com) no longer has an error at the top of it. This has nothing to do with any actions undertaken by me, it just went away on its own. I consider this a validation of the benefits of radical procrastination.

I want to go out and see all the girls in their beautiful kimonos tomorrow (it's seijinshiki, the coming of age day in Japan) but oh man 1) I am so busy right now with prep to go home for a visit and prep for impending work training and 2) IT IS VERY COLD OUT THERE
