Hospital staff is structurally overburdened. Two solutions for nursing staff in Germany are a minimum nurse-to-patient ratio and the separate financing of nursing care outside the DRG system.
Are there studies examining these measures?
What solutions exist for medical staff?

This is our new ERE publication on wind power policies! How does spatial planning steer wind power deployment? We analyze various instruments, e.g. setback distances and expansion goals, but focus especially on spatial plans and the zoning of designated areas.
