Clantech making the loadout of paired LRM20’s, backed up by Streak SRM4’s and paired ER large lasers perfectly viable. During this playthrough, I don’t think I have a heavy slower than the tabletop equivalent of 5/8.

Mechwarrior 5, especially since Shadow of Kerensky came out, has been my go-to stress reliever, and am I ever happy that my machine can do ultra-high graphics!

My personal favourite Inner Sphere-produced omnimech, and while I think there’s some MW3 nostalgia at play, it looks better than the Vulture/Mad Dog/Hagetaka

Continuing the thought from earlier about Shadow of Kerensky, having access to omnimechs early on (play it straight the first time, then have fun on the second playthrough) really alters the dynamics of early missions. They feel less like pitched battles as they do executions. 1/2
