The War Powers Resolution of 1973 clearly states that the President may not send troops into hostilities or imminent hostilities without:
- a declaration of war
- specific congressional authorization
- an attack on the United States
And that the President must consult with Congress first.

Trump-Musk defunded USAID. As of Nov 2025, this caused as many as 600,000 deaths – 342, 000 of them children (Boston Univ). If USAID or some type of equivalence is not reestablished, by 2030 the death-toll will be 14 million – 4.5 million of them children under 5 yrs old (Lancet).
This is Genocide.

My law firm is litigating 78 voting and election cases in 39 states. This is, by far, the largest caseload we have carried in a non-election year and close to our peak in 2024. The question is how many more can a small firm handle.
