WTH guys, I thought we were always getting loser points now in the game we lose?

1-0 and 35 total shots. That’s a type of hockey game.

What do you do, Hot Shot?

I bet the Merry Dairy could do a killer flavour under “Wintry Mix”

…Maybe start with After Eights?
I was trying to figure what the hell to call this rain that isn’t freezing rain, but that is also freezing… and I was coming up blank, until AccuWeather gave me “wintry mix”

“(Cody Ceci) took a while, but found the magic” is a thing that was said out loud on the broadcast tonight.

As a Sens fan, it’s hard to fathom a game where the second period starts 1-0, and ends… 1-0.

Funny play in the second, where there was a scuffle on the boards, but the puck came out to centre and the play kept going. Anyone remember the Sens game a few years back when 9/10 skaters were in a kerfuffle, but the refs never blew it dead, and the last D took the puck and skated in and scored?

Watching the Sens without Chabot is like jeans without pockets.

A Sportsnet broadcast with Harnarayan Singh and no Gary Galley is basically the best case scenario, eh?

Was it weird in the “HNIC” broadcast intro hearing 20-year-olds reading scripts about how special playing on Saturday night is…? is it really? When I was a kid, a thousand years ago, the HNIC Saturday broadcast on CBC was likely the only games on TV each week during the regular season. But not today

One of the silliest things I loved about The Bear was learning that painter’s tape and a sharpie are as important in a professional kitchen as they are at home.

Is that cursed? It feels like that might be cursed.

Let’s get ready to get Goalied… 😬
For those wondering, the LA Kings are starting Anton Forsberg tonight.

A familiar face to many in Ottawa, of course, after spending five seasons with the Sens before joining the Kings in free agency this summer.

I don’t know when Cozens got an assist, but apparently he did. His 30th point as a Senator means he’s all alone at 133 all time; no Guys are remembered, but all Guys are treasured.
November 14, 2025 at 3:54 AM
Whenever you have the self-doubt, remember that even Timothy Stützle needed to shots on the empty net to score.

Tweets from the past: lengthy offside reviews are misunderstood, and good actually?

Bob Essensa is Boston’s goalie coach? One of my all time favourite backup goalies from the backup goalie club.
November 14, 2025 at 3:06 AM
Late in the first, and after quite a wait, Dylan Cozens notched his 29th point as a Senator, good for about 133 all time, tied with Arty Party, tough customer André Roy, certified-Guy Randy Robitaille, a sneaky-good D in Alex Picard, and a mighta-been-good (but definitely large) D in Eric Gryba.

Is it kinda offensive that the broadcast advertisers are overlaying the in-arena “fighting cancer” ads with their own not at all fighting cancer ads on fighting cancer night? Like, they couldn’t get on board, on the boards?

If anyone tries to tell you 1.25 kg of French Gruyère from Costco is too much Gruyère, tell em to take it up with me!
