Not too bad for my first ever time doing deep frying. Took a lot of time but they turned out so good.

2025 was a weird year. In a lot of ways it was a very hard year for me, and in others it was a really good year. Through all of it I had the support of great friends and a wonderful partner.
Hoping for less of the bad and more of the good for 2026. Looking forward to it.
