On a colossal Beatles kick this year. Just rewatched the 1964 Maysles Brothers doc and the best bit is when Ringo starts dancing in the club with those incomparably cool New Yorkers who are all formation doing the hitchhike and whatnot and he's just flopping all over the place much like I would.

Marvelling to myself earlier about how David Lynch somehow managed to top the "HOW'S ANNIE?!" ending of the original run of Twin Peaks with an even better one with The Return. Fuckin hell, the conclusion of that finale haunted me for DAYS afterwards.
