There’s a complex relief in learning someone I know has unfriended me on social media. I don’t take it as a friendship breakup; by the time this happens, especially without an accompanying conversation, the relationship has mostly faded anyway.

I don’t think I’ve felt this drained in a while. It’s really difficult to move, to take care of what I need to. I’m trying to be gentle with myself but there is still so much to do. It’s hard.
