I've finished making a very basic prototype of the shop.
Right now upgrades can be added and removed, but they don't cost any coins to purchase. Some do alter player stats though.
I'm pretty happy with the current layout as well🛒🦆

Tried my hand at @heytibo.bsky.social's MultiMesh+ addon (github.com/gtibo/multim...) to paint a bunch of grass and ivy into the level.
While it might take longer than a scatter approach I do like the artistic intent of doing it by hand 🖌️

When a robot is stunned you can turn off its brain! Some weapons in Reconfigure will only be able to temporarily stun an enemy so you will need to disable them manually to finish the job. #GodotEngine #indiegames

I've added a basic combo melee attack, which turned out great! ⚔️

This took some work! The camera follows the player but re-centers the view when you zoom out... & reacquires the player when you zoom in. It also offsets dynamically based on Pitch & Zoom so everything stays in frame. Also got the temp Idle & Walk animations in there.
